Returns

You may return your order within 30 days of receipt.

When returning an item, you must contact Customer Service at: (718)-506-9340 or sales@2kfurniture.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) prior to returning the item.

We can only accept a return if it is returned to us in the original manufacturer’s packaging, same condition as sold, and with all literature and instructions.

The customer is responsible for arranging the return shipping and for its costs. For your protection, we advise that you insure the package and ship via a traceable method.

Please note – A package refusal will be recognized as an unauthorized return in which a 15% restocking fee, as well as the cost for the returned shipment, will apply.

For items that are shipped free, if returned, a refund less our original shipping cost will be given.

 

Cancellation

You can easily cancel your order by contacting us.

If your cancellation has been received before the item has shipped, no restocking fee will be charged.

 

Damages

It is unlikely that your item will arrive damaged or defective, but just in case they do, please notify us within 36 hours of receiving a damaged or defective product. We will respond quickly and efficiently, replacing the item if necessary.
